The data provided via this voluntary registration will only be used if the registered product is affected by a safety issue or product recall. The registration will be active, as long it is not deleted by you. In case your registered product is affected, you will be notified by us.
In the event your registered product is affected, we take proactive measures to ensure the safety of our customers. If you are affected by a product recall, we will notify you via email you provided to us, to provide you with important information. Rest assured that your information is used solely for the purpose of providing the safety information and will not be shared or used for any other purposes.
Personal data relevant for product safety actions will be subject to a centrally applied, specific deletion period of 30 years. If you place a deletion request via our website, your data will also be deleted from this voluntary safety registration.
