With a combi steam oven, you get multilevel, multi-course and multifunctional food preparation. Load different dishes, such as veggies, rice and fish, inside your oven so that they’re all ready to serve at the same time. In contrast, an oven with steam assistance function can only introduce water vapour as an added extra when using bottom heating and hot air to create perfect bread, pizza and cakes. In both cases, there’s no need to fret over the various heating types. Just select one of a wide range of automatic programmes via the digital ring or control knobs and your appliance will initiate the right operating mode for the right amount of time.

Water vapour? No sweat.

No plumbing? With a Bosch steam combination oven, that’s not a shortcoming. Thanks to the refillable water tank, the appliance doesn’t need a fixed water connection. We’ve also got a grip on other slippery issues. For instance with telescopic oven rails that lock when fully extended so your racks stay stable and straight. As for greasy smears, choosing a model with self-cleaning walls, ceiling and rear panel will take care of the problem. Hydrolytic cleaning with steam takes care of all the other surfaces, softening residues so you can just wipe the grime away.
