Venting hobs

There's no need to let your kitchen fill with steam and cooking odours. Bosch venting hobs include a built-in ventilation hood in the Induction cooking surface. Steam and smells are sucked away at source by these hobs with integrated extractor, leaving the air cool and clear so you can cook more comfortably. With induction cooking, you get powerfully responsive heating that heats the pans directly rather than the entire surface, for a much more efficient heat.

A bird's eye view of a minimalist kitchen with an induction venting hob built into an island.

Island style.

Love all things minimalist? You’ll find an induction hob with integrated extractor hard to resist. Choose between framed and frameless models that are mounted flush with your worktop for a sleek finish. Best of all, the built-in extraction unit not only frees up overhead space but is the perfect solution for a kitchen island where a hood would interrupt the spatial flow.

Get a change of air.

What happens to the air that is drawn into the built-in extractor in your venting hob? There are two options. While expelling steam and smells out of the house via a duct results in a slightly better extraction rate, your hob may not be near an exterior wall. Most people choose to recirculate the air. It passes through powerful active carbon filters that trap odours and vapour before being released into the furniture void.

Somewhere for each piece of cookware.

Your induction hob with built-in extractor has a spot for every pot. Simply merge two induction zones to create a bigger area that will evenly heat large vessels. To top it off, setting the combi zone, power levels and other features is easy and intuitive, thanks to touch control selection.
