Simply select one of the 7 automatic programmes and let the stand mixer do the work for you. Series 6 uses sensors to check the mix every second and will automatically stop when the mix is at the perfect consistency.

Select any of these programs from the ‘Sensor’ menu:

• Stiff egg white
• Yeast & sour dough
• Pasta dough & strudel pastry
• Short crust pastry
• Cake mixture
• Whipped cream
• For smoothies, please select ‘Blender’ from the menu. Please note, this requires a separate accessory.

The Series 6 sensor-driven automatic programmes always ensure perfect results when mixing, whipping and kneading. In fact they prevent any over or under-working which can lead to undesired results, as shown here:

The Series 6 stand mixer measures ml of oil, milk and water, as well as ounces (oz) and pounds (lbs) in 1-gram increments. You can weigh ingredients directly in the bowl, in the accessories, or even small amounts on top of the appliance.

It’s also easy to set a timer via the main menu. Once the time is up, your stand mixer will finish mixing automatically.
