4 servings ∣ 1000 ml
Ingredients
450 g blueberries
2 tsp. cardamom
450 ml oat milk
2 tbsp. oat flakes
2 tbsp. maple syrup
Steps
1. Allow the frozen blueberries to thaw for about 20 minutes. Start with your oat milk, cardamom, then add blueberries, maple syrup and oats to your blender jug. Put on the lid and close it firmly.
2. Set blender to highest setting with the rotary selector and finely purée the ingredients for about 180 seconds. If you use the pusher, it will take half the time.
3. Pour the Blue Breakfast smoothie into four glasses and serve immediately.
