1. On the purchase of selected Bosch hobs, as listed below, consumers are able to redeem their complimentary Bosch pans by providing proof of purchase. No additional purchases or payments are required. The complimentary pans are free for consumers who purchase the eligible appliances up until 31st December 2024.

2. 3. For selelcted models (listed below) there is also a complimentary teppanyaki pan (Outer dimension: 41.5 cm x 26.5 cm. Bottom dimension: 37cm x 20cm) included with the induction pots and pans. 4. The Complimentary Offer shall only apply to purchases of the following Bosch hob models:-

5. The complimentary offer is available through Republic of Ireland retailers only.

6. The offer is open to consumers in Republic of Ireland only.

7. Only one set of pans per household is permitted to be claimed.

8. The complimentary pans offer does not apply to any graded, remodelled or seconds appliances.

In order to redeem the complimentary offer, purchasers must fully complete an online redemption form at https://bosch-pots-and-pans.sales-promotions.com/ including product ENR and FD numbers, attaching a copy of the original full purchase receipt that shows model number and date of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations shall not be accepted. Purchasers can call the freephone helpline on 1 800 929 039 or email

9. In the event that you do not have access to the internet or are unable to claim online, please telephone the freephone helpline on 1 800 929 039. The advisor will be able to complete your redemption over the telephone, however, you will need to post your purchase receipt to Benamic Unlimited Company, IDA Business & Technology Park, Kilkenny, Ireland on behalf of the Promoter.

10. in order to validate the claim. Claims will only be dispatched upon receipt of a valid purchase receipt. Postal charges will apply. Your receipt will not be returned to you so please ensure you keep a copy.

11. Your complimentary pans will be sent to you within 30 days of your claim being verified.

12. BSH accepts no responsibility for any redemption forms that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged or delayed. Please note that proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

13. BSH reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require purchasers to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, BSH reserves the right to reject those redemptions which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

14. The decision of BSH in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.

15. BSH reserves the right to change or withdraw the free offer at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

16. BSH shall not be liable for any interruption to the free offer due to circumstances beyond BSH’s reasonable control.

17. BSH shall not be held liable for pans not received by the consumer but signed for at time of delivery.

18. All Claim forms and copy purchase receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants therefore we recommend keeping a copy for your records.

19. By submitting a redemption form for the free pans, purchasers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

20. BSH reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary these terms and conditions, at any time.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of the complimentary offer only, unless the consumer opts in to hear further from Bosch during the redemption process.
